Getting Started
First Session: Inform
Our journey begins with an “Inform” session, where we cover essential aspects of the tapering process and establish a solid foundation for your program. In this initial session, we’ll discuss:

A shared list of qualified healthcare practitioners to support you throughout your taper journey

From here, our work together becomes highly personalized, adapting to your unique needs and rhythm. I recommend two sessions per month for the first three months, as well as six months overall to cover all pillars for sustained progress and integration, but together we will set a frequency and schedule that fits your life and budget.
You do not need to be tapering or on medication to enroll in this program. Anyone looking for natural alternatives to mental health issues is welcome to join.

What is Present Right Now? The first month focuses on connecting deeply with yourself, assessing what is present within and around you. Together, we’ll explore: - How you’re feeling emotionally, your stress patterns, and your body’s current state - Your relationship with nature, supportive connections, and spiritual practices - A gentle introduction to nervous system regulation to create a solid, grounded foundation for the journey ahead
I Give Myself What I Need. With Nourish, we focus on cultivating practices that fuel your body, mind, and spirit: - Whole-food nutrition, hydration, and anti-inflammatory supplements - Gentle movement and breathwork tailored to restore balance - Intentional time in nature, nourishing relationships, and a meaningful spiritual practice Together, we’ll set personalized goals and gradually “crowd out” non-nourishing habits by adding more positive practices. I’ll work with your natural tendencies to design changes that align with your life and values, ensuring this process is sustainable and enjoyable.
I Let Go and Allow Here we focus on emotional processing, releasing old patterns, and clearing physical and emotional pathways: - Practices for feeling emotions consciously, processing fear, anger, sadness, and joy - Detox support for key pathways in your body (lymph, skin, liver, etc.) - Deep inner work, including core wound exploration and reframing limiting beliefs

During this phase, we’ll explore: - Embodying a diet and movement lifestyle unique to you, free from labels or rigid rules, so that it genuinely supports your needs and preferences - Setting and honoring boundaries that protect your energy and foster healthy relationships - Taking radical responsibility for your healing, emotions, and actions as you reclaim autonomy over your life - Embracing pleasure and joy, including embodied movement, creative expression, and sensuality as pathways to wholeness - Connecting to your intuition and deepening your relationship with the spiritual world Throughout our work together, you’ll learn how to take radical responsibility for your emotions, choices, and actions. I’m a holistic health and psychiatric medication withdrawal coach dedicated to guiding clients through the challenging process of transitioning off psychiatric medications. With a B.S. in Biology and certifications as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Reiki and EFT Practitioner, I combine my scientific background with holistic practices to support you on every level—mind, body, and spirit.
After my own journey of tapering off medication, I became passionate about helping others navigate this path with knowledge, compassion, and safe, gradual methods. My role is to support your well-being and empower you with tools for nervous system regulation, nutrition, and emotional resilience. I always encourage clients to consult their healthcare providers before making any changes to their treatment.

This includes nervous system regulation techniques, anti-inflammatory nutrition guidance, somatic practices, mindfulness, supplementation and sleep optimization. While I don’t manage medications, I offer strategies to support your body’s adaptation through each phase of tapering.

While psychiatric medications can be helpful for some, they are often overprescribed, and people aren’t always fully informed about potential long-term effects. My mission is to help bridge this information gap and empower people to explore holistic approaches to mental health. I provide a safe space for those wanting to transition off medication with informed, compassionate guidance.

Is it safe to taper off medication without medical support?It’s essential to work with a qualified healthcare provider when tapering off psychiatric medications. Stopping medications abruptly or without guidance can be risky and lead to severe withdrawal symptoms. I can support your health and wellness during the process, but I always recommend that my clients taper under medical supervision. I share practitioner resources with all of my clients.

What if I want to include my family or support network?I welcome family members or support people to join consultations if desired, as having a support network can be invaluable during this journey. Additionally, I am open to collaborating with your prescribers or other mental health professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to your care.
