Yoga Nidra and Reiki Classes:

  • Weekly 40-minute sessions.

  • Each session combines the deeply restorative power of Yoga Nidra with the energy-balancing benefits of Reiki to support your brain and body in recovering from injury.
     

If you can’t make a live session, don’t worry—all classes are recorded and saved to the platform, so you can participate at a time that works for you.
