My expertise in helping people come off psychiatric medications comes from both personal experience and years of dedicated work in the field. My own journey with Lexapro (read my story here) led me to seek out the best deprescribing doctors, learn directly from them, and support hundreds of people through psych med withdrawal forums, my own support group, and survivor interviews. In addition, my deep knowledge of holistic wellness comes from my training as a Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, EFT Practitioner, and more.
